Complete view of Newport Rhode Island, Newport Harbor, Goat Island, Easton Island, Easton Beach, Fort Walcott, Kings Park, and Newport Cliff walks, Museum of Yachting, Ocean Drive, Touro Synagogue, Trinity Church, Naval War College, International Tennis Hall of Fame, Newport Mansions. The original 16 maps in the 1893 Richards Atlas of Newport required extensive restoration. Both all-16 un-restored prints of the original maps as well as 10 fully restored prints from our gallery collection are offered for the 1893 Newport Atlas. You may special order restored copies of any of the un-restored prints. The following maps of Newport Rhode Island were published in 1893 by L. J. Richards & Co. The 1893 map series shows Newport Rhode Island at a point where the final stage of mansion construction was about to reach its peak. Our 1907 Newport series shows a second stage of development just before the First World War and the depression.
